This dolphin pin is printed on sturdy 3mm thick birch plywood. It is about 50mm in size (about 2 inches). It comes with two rubber clutches or butterfly clutches on the back, so it'll be easy to wear and won't spin. I also have pin keepers/extra safe backing pieces if you prefer those.
